First time in New York with dietary restrictions so any advice would be appreciated. After speaking to others on the web, I found the answer. In fact, if our mayor has his way, soon they will all eat low salt content in New York. After the war against trans fats last year, while sugary sodas, now he's going after sodium. . I would look for "restaurants conscious of their health" as Josie – follow the second link below, they cater for vegetarians and dairy free, but I do not see anything specifically labeled as the low sodium menu 3rd. Link below is a list of restaurants in NYC, organized by neighborhood, which are considered "heart healthy." – as in low sodium, cholesterol and low in saturated Tomato Red (10 East 60th St.) fat is on the list of "10 best restaurants of heart health in the United States -" New York Red Tomato sticks to its motto Sanitas Per Escam (health food) serving health-conscious fare with an elevation focus French.     There is no such thing as a "low sodium restaurant." You may be able to selectively control and ask for meat to be made without the addition of salt or other seasonings that contain sodium. But there is no restaurant in the world that specializes in low sodium.
